 How can I start using the platform?

You are welcomed with our 14-day free trial on our Starter or Growth plan to explore which one works best for your business needs.

SuperTeacher Starter plan is designed for educators who work in 1:1 teaching environment,

while on Growth plan you can add groups, self-paced courses and digital products.

Are my clients able to see my calendar on my webpage in order to book a session?

Yes, they are. Your clients can see your schedule and availability in their local time zone.

You can open, edit and close slots any time and as much in advance as you wish.

Your clients can book sessions up until 15 minutes prior to start time if left available.

Both your clients and you can cancel the session 24 hours in advance. They can reschedule the meeting no later than 8 hours in advance.

Here is a demo example of using your calendar effectively.

 Do I have to create invoices for my clients to pay?

No, the payment process is automated for both you and your clients. 

You only need to set up your session prices and bundles, and you are good to go!

How long can my sessions be?

lt is up to you and your clients. SuperTeacher does not impose any restrictions on your class length and offer.

 Will I be able to offer group sessions?

Yes, absolutely! We provide you with three session modes : 

– 1 on 1 meeting

– group meetings

– ready-made self-paced courses

Note : Group class and courses builder are available in our Growth plan only.

 Will you keep track of how many sessions have been used in the packages?

Yes, tracking system is integrated into every user’s profile automatically upon signing up.

After purchasing a bundle, both you and your clients will have live preview of each bundle price, total session credit, as well as used and remaining sessions.

How do you handle the possibility of clients not paying or not paying on time?

Your clients pay for your services in advance.

They can pay as they go or pick a bundle you offer.

If you wish to offer free service, you can create a coupon and share it with the specific client.

 My issue is having clients asking for preview resources
