What’s changing on September 15
- The current Pro plan (the $17/month tier with no added service fee) will be retired.
- We are replacing it with two new membership plans: Starter and Growth.
New membership plans — clear options for different needs
Starter Plan — $17/month
- Monthly price: $17.
- An added service fee of 2.5% on top of educators’ existing transaction fees.
- Includes all SuperTeacher features needed for one-on-one teaching:
- Booking and calendar system
- Integrated payment processor
- Class packages and class credits
- Class management (book, reschedule, cancel, gift) and student portals
- Unlimited subscription/membership offers
- Automated email notifications
- Coupons available — you can create and apply coupons for promotions.
- 14-day free trial to explore the plan and set up your offerings.
Growth Plan — $29/month
- Monthly price: $29.
- Zero added service fee on top of transaction fees (applies to payments processed via Stripe and Wise or Payoneer).
- All Starter features, plus full all-inclusive access:
- Exclusive additions only available on Growth:
- Group class builder — create and manage group sessions for scaling up
- Digital product & course builder — sell courses and digital downloads directly from your SuperTeacher account
- Coupons available.
- 14-day free trial included.
Important notes for current and free users
- If you are on the current Pro plan at $17/month with zero service fee: the upcoming membership changes do not affect you as long as you keep the Pro membership status. If your membership is canceled, new plans apply once you decide to subscribe again.
- Free plan is retiring. Free-tier teachers will keep access to their SuperTeacher account, but the account will be inactive for using with students and payment processing until a paid subscription is selected.
- Both new plans include a 14-day trial so you can get set up and explore every feature before committing.
